Directions For Use
Bowel Blaster is not recommended for long term use. Once the initial congestion has been resolved, we suggest that you move over to Colon Clear as soon as possible
Take 1 capsules with food, 3 times per day or as required. Do not exceed 4 capsules and do not take continuously for longer than 2 months at a time.
Move over to the gentler colon cleanser Colon Clear after the 8 week usage period.
