Directions for Use
Stir to 1 to 2 level teaspoons in a glass of water/juice, take 1 to 3 times per day.
Ideal for long term use or after using our other formulas such as OXYblast & Bowel Blaster.
Advice
If excessive flatulence or pains in the stomach or bowel area are experienced, this could indicate a sensitivity to high fibre or illustarte an exceptionally poor digestive system.
In this case, change your diet by increasing fruit/vegetable & whole grain products & reduce caffeine (tea, coffee, soda) & sugar. It would also be suggested that DigestiveEASE, Candida Caps & ProBiotic be used instead for 3 to 4 weeks.
