Dandelion Root & Leaf ~ Remember you were always told as a child that if you pick a Dandelion you’ll need the toilet, well there is some truth in that! Dandelions have long been used as they act as a diuretic, meaning they help rid your body of too much fluid. It is also a general stimulant to the system, but especially to the urinary organs, and is chiefly used in kidney and liver disorders.
Uva Ursi ~ Also known as Bearberry is an anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-septic, astringent, diuretic, relaxant (muscle) as well as being a tonic for the kidneys, liver and pancreas
Horsetail ~ Several cultures have employed horsetail as a folk remedy for kidney and bladder troubles
To reduce water retention, drink plenty of mineral water, improve your diet by eliminating processed foods and increasing fruit & vegetable intake, increase exercise etc.

Directions For Use
For severe water retention symptoms, 2 capsules 2 to 3 times per day for the first 2-3 weeks. Thereafter reduce dosage to 2 or 3 per day.
