What it does
Grape seed extract contains oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes (OPCs) which are believed to play an important role in preventing heart disease & cancer. As grape seed extract contains both water & oil soluble components, it can deliver antioxidant protection throughout the body as it is able to penetrate all types of cells. It is also one of the few substances which may be able to protect the brain from free radicals as it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier.
