What it is
The difference between green tea & black tea is the process in which the leaves are yielded. For green tea the leaves are steamed, rolled & dried therefore they are unable to ferment. The lack of fermentation in green tea preserves nearly all of the powerful antioxidants than can protect against cell damage.
