Directions For Use
If ProBiotic is taken alone, start off by taking a higher dosage of 3 to 4 capsules, split up throughout the day with food for 2 to 4 weeks.
Thereafter, reduce dosage to 1 capsule taken 1 to 2 times per day.

Directions For Use
Start on a higher dose of 1 capsule 3 times per day with food for 3 to 4 weeks. I f you experience candida die-off which is severe ie terrible headaches, digestive upset, sickness, then reduce this dosage. Thereafter, reduce dosage to 1 capsule once or twice a day until the symptoms disappear
