The Natural Way
There is a lot that can be done to support healthy kidneys naturally. Follow a healthy balanced diet, preferably organic, but avoid a high protein intake and drink at least 8 glasses of purified water daily to help flush out your system. If you are a smoker, try to quit, and avoid anything in excess, especially alcohol
Ingredients
- Buchu (Agathosma betulina) is a urinary supporter and also a bladder and kidney tonic. Buchu has been used by the natives of the Western Cape of Southern Africa for many centuries.
- Barberry (Berberis vulgaris) contains berberine alkaloids which have been researched for their immune-supportive properties, supporting microphages (white blood cells) in their immune functions. Barberry is also used to support the gallbladder and spleen.
- Chinese knotweed (Polygonum multiflorum) is an important blood tonic in traditional Chinese medicine that is often used to support the kidneys and liver. This herb has been researched for its ability to support liver function.
- Wu-wei-zi (Schizandra chinensis) is an excellent supportive kidney tonic. It also helps to maintain healthy energy levels and supports the immune system.
- Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum)is used to support healthy digestive systems, as well as to maintain healthy levels of glucose and normal cholesterol in the blood.
Directions for Use
Adults: Dilute 15 drops in about 1/4 cup water or juice three times daily.
Children over 6: One drop per age year in 1/4 cup of water or juice three times daily.

How long until I see results?
