What it does
MSM is commonly used in conjunction with glucosame & chondroitin in the treatment of stiff joints, swelling & joint inflammation often the result of conditions such as osteoarthritis. It is also believed that it may help to produce and regenerate cartilage whilst helping to reduce joint pain
