Advice
This powerful yet gentle formula can be alternated or used in conjunction with our herbal colon cleansers such as Colon Clear, Bowel Blaster & Colon Regulator.
Directions For Use
There is no standard dosage for this product as requirements will vary depending on the individual & the intended purpose of use.
Start off as follows:
>> 3 to 5 capsules on an empty stomach before bed
>> 3 to 5 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning
>> 3 to 5 capsules on an empty stomach at lunch time
If loose bowels develop & persist, reduce the dosage to one that suits you. Maximum dosage is 15 per day. Continue on the higher dosage for 6 weeks & thereafter follow a maintenance dose of 1 to 3 capsules per day if required.
