The Natural Way
There are many things you can do to naturally support healthy sleep. Here are some tips:
- Exercise regularly (but not just before bedtime)
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine products at least 4 hours before bedtime.
- Try to use the hours before bedtime for relaxation to help your mind and body to wind down
- Have a warm bath just before you go to bed
- If you are worried, anxious or depressed, talk about your feelings to someone you trust
- If you have unresolved issues or problems that are causing stress, consult a counselor for help in making changes to your life.
Ingredients
- Oats (Avena sativa) is used by herbalists to address common nervous exhaustion and also as an effective nerve tonic.
- Scullcap (Scuttelaria laterifolia) has a long history of effective traditional use and is a well respected nerve tonic.
- Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata) is a gentle yet effective soothing herb often recommended by herbalists for people who tend to worry occasionally and to help support peace and harmony in the spirit
- Coffea (30C) is a remedy of particular benefit for people who may find it difficult to ‘wind down’.
- Nux vomica (30C) is another remedy especially effective for the ambitious, perfectionist person who cannot unwind easily

Directions For Use
SerenitePlus comes in easy to administer drop form and should be diluted in about 1/4 glass of water or juice.
Adults and Teenagers over 15: 15 to 20 drops five minutes before bedtime. May be repeated throughout the night as needed.

How long until I see results?
Due to the fast-acting tincture formula, initial results should be noted within about 10-15 minutes.
