A natural extract used to deal with the stresses of modern living

What it is

Siberian Ginseng ahs been used in Asian & Chinese herbal medicine for over 2000 years. The name ginseng is thought to have come from the Chinese Jen Shen meaning “man root” (referring to the root's characteristic forked shape, resembling the legs of a man).

What it does

Siberian Ginseng has a history of use in Chinese Medicine where it is known as cì wǔ jiā where it is used as an adaptogen meaning that it can help the body adapt to unfavorable circumstances such as trauma, fatigue, stress, worry & anxiety. The pace of modern life means that many of us can barely keep up and while this can encourage a stimulating lifestyle, it is all too often an exhausting process.

The ability of Siberian Ginseng to help us deal with stress, physically and emotionally, has led to its current popularity. Siberian Ginseng is also known for its affect on energy as it can increase endurance & aid memory improvement having similar affects as caffeine.

Siberian Ginseng Powder Extract 29mg (35:1) equivalent to 1000mg, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate

Cautions

People with medicated high blood pressure should consult their doctor before taking Siberian Ginseng  because it may reduce their need for medication. Siberian Ginseng should be avoided if you are pregnant or breast feeding & should not be taken alongside MAOIs, the enzyme-sinhibiitor drugs used to combat depression without seeking medical advice.

DID YOU KNOW that despite its name, Siberian Ginseng is actually not part of the “real” ginseng family
